Avevo la necessità di annullare l'ordine e ho inviato un messaggio seguendo le indicazioni sul sito e mi dicevano che mi avrebbero risposto entro qualche ora, invece mi hanno risposto due giorni dopo!!! Purtroppo non sono riuscita ed evitare che il corriere prendesse le scatole e così il disastro: hanno aperto le scatole che sono arrivate veramente malconce per non parlare del contenuto! Probabilmente ci hanno saltato sopra! Sicuramente non userò mai più Ecoparcel e sicuramente non affiderò mai più una cosnegna a GLS!
