One thing would be great if it was improved: It would be nice if we could get a more approximate pick up time window. 08:00-18:00 is very big, and people have things to do(walk dog, take kids to school, go to shop) so it would be nice if we could get a more accurate (maybe 2 hours) pick up window. Otherwise great service. Thanks
