Back to all reviewsAwful experience!! I book the collection and I stayed home the entire day waiting but nobody ring the bell or knock at the door. In the evening I received an email saying that they came over but nobody was home (wtf) and they cancel my order. I spent 20 days sending emails and waiting for their answers. They just replied randomly with days of delay and without providing any solution. At the end I managed to pay them again to reschedule a new collection but they made mistakes with the code of the parcel. I finally got my boxes 21 days after.
