Back to all reviewsA bit late on the estimate delivery date. I understand delays can happen but the tracking should be updated. My parcels were stuck tracking wise in Germany for 4 days with no notice of a departure. I ended up in looking for support from the customer service that basically didn't answer my inquiry. Everything ended up well when they suddenly appeared in Ireland and delivered the following day. Not sure I will repeat the experience. I've seen providers more responsive. Customer service must respond, there is no excuse for that.
