Back to all reviewsI had a strange issue with collecting company that changed the status to collected 2 times while no one come to collect the parcel and passed for sure collecting date 2 times, but I am giving 4 starts beacuse of the Ecoparcel support and coordinate with collecting company, they answered my mails within mins in some cases, and contacted the collecting company and asked to send special agent to collect my parcel, we did not face any issue in delivery. I like the service and they deserver 5 starts but I give only for beacuse of the mentioned issue. Conclusion, highly recommend and I will use them again.
