Back to all reviewsPackage delivered safely from Spain to Germany. I sent a 27kg suitcase from Spain to Germany. If your luggage is heavier than 30kg, they might ask you to put it in a wooden box. The pick-up and delivery process was smooth. But please note that you cannot choose a specific time for pick-up. So, you might have to wait at home until it's picked up between 8AM-6PM. Might depend on your location, but I had my luggage picked up around 11 AM from city center in Barcelona. It takes around 4-5 days for delivery. My suitcase was delivered one day earlier than the estimated delivery date. It was delivered in great condition.
