Back to all reviewsA couple of user experience issues but good service. My package was picked up and delivered as agreed and the price was fair. I deducted a star because of UX on the web site. When I chose a pickup day on the first page, the date suddenly moved a day forward on the second page. I experienced this both times I booked. Not only that, the tracking number needs to be more prominent on the page when reviewing my orders. I have to download the package label to find it. Finally the tracking timeline has a lot of redundant info and not enough details.
