Back to all reviewsI am satisfied that the package has already been delivered (4 working days is an excellent result) but I cannot forget that this time too the package was not collected on the scheduled day. This is a serious flaw, which even in the past has forced me to cancel some orders. You cannot stay at home all day waiting for a courier who won't arrive . It is an aspect that you must correct. GLS is the only courier that failed to comply with the pick-up date three times. A few months ago, after two unnecessary days of waiting, I was forced to cancel the order and entrust it to another courier. If I still continue to use your service, it's only because of Melissa's courtesy.
