Good afternoon, our order form uses Google maps automations to only suggest collection details, we do not override the details that are entered by the shipper. I do see that one order was cancelled due to incorrect collection address, second order was successfully delivered. Nonetheless, we have already issued a refund of failed order. Have a nice day!
