Back to all reviewsIt took me nearly 1month to get my parcel. The transporter didn't pick up claiming address wrong, this being a lie as proven by previous successful deliveries from same address. Ecoparcel didn't help at all, just said "rebook"...as if rebooking with an address they claim wrong with no reason would help... and the transporter refused to talk to me because delivery was made on Ecoparcel. So everything got stuck and I had to solve it on my own. The transporter didn't make sign at delivery, so there is no proof of it and often this transporter just abandon the parcels in front of the door. I have been using Ecoparcel for 6years now and I am sorry to say it is getting worse with time. I guess the main problem here was the transporter, yet Ecoparcel didn't give any support and goes on working with them despite many people complaining
