Back to all reviewsI didn't had troubles. I heard about this company from a friend, who used it and he didn't had troubles. He had to send some boxes from Czech Republic to England. This time I needed to send a box to Portugal ( I'm in Czech Republic), and of course I read so many negative feedbacks. I agree that the company should create a line support for clients, because we feels better if we could speak with someone, than waiting for a email. But I gave it a try, and I'm very happy with the service. Also, I wanted to cancel one shipment, and it was very easy to do. The money was refunded immediately so I could place a new order . I recommend it.
