Back to all reviewsBooking the service on ecoparcel seemed somewhat more complicated than I expected. When I experienced problems because I could not book from my postal adress, I tried to find a customber number. Instead, ecoparcel has a form that can be filled out, which I did twice but I got the impression that sending it didn't work, or I just never got an answer. It is kind of weird that ecoparcel might not be informed that customers encounter trouble when sending the form because they will just never know that this happens, unless the customer manages in the end to book the service...like me. I would be happy to see that it was easier to send bags, but for now, I opted for a parcel and from the point of booking it up to delivery, the service was very nice and quick!
