Back to all reviewsEven if the cost is below the average of other similar service, I can say that the service is barely accetable. I had problems with the courier in Italy (it was SDA) and they couldn't find a way to solve the problem so I had to wait three days in a row waiting for the courier to collect my parcel. The tracking service is totally insufficient: there are no specifications on where the parcel actually is (they only say INBOUND\OUTBOUD with the name of the country where the parcel is). Their customer care is not bad: sometimes they answer to your email twice, saying different things. Still I can't understand why they don't have a phone number for emergencies. I have sent package in the UK several times and this was the one with more problem, luckily the parcel arrived and with no damage.
