Back to all reviewsI've booked a collection for the 20th of December but no one went to collect the parcel and also no one rang to explain why. When I sent a message to their customer service department, as there is no telephone number available, they apologise and said they will pick it up the day after, which end up in no one collecting it again. I have contact them then to cancel the freight which they did, but still, one week later they went to try to pick up the parcel saying now that the collection was cancelled because the shipper was absent, which is a lie. In the meanwhile I have requested, four times, for a refund for the job not done, but no one replies to my request. Complete terrible experience.
