Back to all reviewsNever trust them. I booked a collection of 10 boxes via Eco Parcel as I am moving back to my country and after one day spent waiting at home no one showed up to collect my order. I'm flying back to Italy on Monday morning and I cannot reschedule my trip neither I can keep the boxes in the flat because other people are moving in, that means, I am screwed!!! I'm trying to claim my money back and hopefully I'll get it. If not, I'll keep emailing them until they fully refund me. Plus there is no way to speak with someone via telephone and considering it's 2017 this is simply unacceptable. I'll contact another company, more expensive yet more efficient. Don't trust them!!!
