Back to all reviewsI was planing to send my package with ecoparcel. Two days before pick up, I cancelled it online due to a change of plans but the pick up team still showed up. No package was sent but still I was charged. I asked for my money back and someone working there called Melissa told me the money was back into my account as credit... I explained again I wanted my money back on my account. After having said this I never got a reply from them again. Melissa, EcoParcel and everyone in the customer service is deliberately ignoring my emails and keeping money which is not THEIRS! Since there is no phone number I can use to reach out to them, the only thing left to do is to continue emailing them each week, to comment on their facebook page with this terrrible experience and write reviews such as this to warn other potential clients NOT to use them!
