Back to all reviewsThere was initial confusion with pick up and the website not updating for 3 days, but after this everything went smoothly. Customer service did respond to my emails to reassure me everything was fine. This time it did take a little longer for my parcel to get to its destination - 9 days, but as long as it got there that was my main concern. I will continue to use ecoparcel as they have the best prices and have been reliable both times previously.
