Back to all reviewsThis is the last time that I use EcoParcel for sending packets. Since I had many trouble with the delivery (it took 1 month from Italy to Germany) it has been clear that the weak point of the service is the customer assistance, NO HUMAN CONTACT. If a problem occurs you can't phone to anyone but just write email. Sometimes they answer, sometimes not and the only contact you have is in front of a display filling a form to request support. The way the problems have been handled is indescribable. Moreover, in my case the webtool "TRACK YOUR PARCEL" has almost never worked as well as the mail that should arrive at least the same day or the day before that advice the packet is coming ("out for delivery"). It has been an hell.
