Back to all reviewsI wanted to send a parcel from Denmark to the UK. I found ecoparcel via Google and have chosen it because of the competitive price. The pickup from my workplace did unfortunately not work out (they won't call you when picking up the parcel). After the second unsuccessful attempt, I asked ecoparcel to cancel my order and refund my money. I got an answer from the customer service within 24 hours and the full amount was refunded to my credit card.
