Back to all reviewsThe time for response in the customer service needs to be evaluated, it should take less time or at least you can have an online chat in the website to clarify questions and doubts in the moment about the shipment by mail it takes too much time. And also you should send at least an email in the moment of delivery because as it is mentioned in the website sometimes calls can´t be possible.
