Back to all reviewsThe service it is good and fast. Even though, when booked, it is not posible to know in advance the time that the parcels will be collect and delivered, only the day. This means that it can be anytime between 8 am and 6 pm. In my case the packages arrived before me in Barcelona. I had to improvised and bother friends. Also the packages were left in th hall of the building, not in my place in the 2nd floor. I would suggest Ecoparcel only in the case that someone has the chance to spend two full days at home: collection day and delivery day. Otherwise it is better to book with another provider with more detail and compromise about the time.
