Back to all reviewsI appreciate your service, but you should have a clear pick up time. I was told the courier would come to collect my luggage from 12:00-3:00 p.m. I don't want to sit idle for three hours waiting for three hours to deliver my package. I think customer should not wait this long to deliver their package. I believe that you should have specific pick up time to save precious time of your customers.
