Back to all reviewsWorst parcel delivery ever. I had a very bad ecoparcel experience when sending three parcels from the Netherlands to Italy. Only 2 of them arrived at the destination. The company lost one out of my three boxes and dealt with it by not answering my messages. I was advised to "kindly check with the neighbours" and despite purchasing the insurance I haven't received any refund. Ecoparcel won't refund you and definitely won't help out in case there is a problem with the delivery, they simply ignore you. Avoid at all cost! They made me lose a lot of money and time. The Ecoparcel insurance is a scam, if you use eco parcel, (I advice you NOT) but if you have to, always take the cheaper option without insurance, since they won’t give you any refund anyway. And always put your contact details on each parcel, because if you don’t, there’s no way of finding your parcel if it gets lost.
