Back to all reviewsFive parcels sent via ecocrap, three of them went missing after the first depot. I emailed them once a day to try and get a status update on my parcels, i've received two replies in 4 weeks time, neither reply from the "customer service" had anything of note in them. Well, except for the comment that "two parcels have arrived" like 2/5 would somehow make me happy. Parcels are still missing, and no reply from their "customer service", and suddenly the ticket gets closed for no reason what so ever. This company is without a sliver of a doubt the absolute worst company i've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I'd stay as far away as possible from this company.
