Back to all reviewsI used the service to have an item delivered to me in Italy from a shop in Paris. I was satisfied with the service: although the first collection was cancelled and I was refunded and had to book another collection with another number. It was cancelled because the service was so fast to pass the data on to the carreer that the carreer contacted the shop by telephone before I myself had a chance to contact the shop via mail to let them know I had organized for a carreer to pick the item up, so the shop replied they had no instructions from me to leave the item in the hands of a carreer. Other from that the second shipment went very smoothly and quite quickly.
