Back to all reviewsMy parcel was outbound from Italy and inbound and outbound from Germany within 3 days, then I completely lost track of it for 10 days. I contacted the service center (which is supposed to get back to you within 24 hours) and they answered me the day after saying "I will look into it!". Then I haven't heard from them either for the next 5 days. My package was sent the 27th of february and I got it on the 12th of march. I can understand delays and whatever, I cannot understand not having track of my parcel for over a week and being ignored.
