Back to all reviewsI had a really bad experience with this company. I ordered a package on Wednesday 8th of Marchand it was supposed to be picked up that Friday 10th. It was not picked up until the following Friday (17th). The web showed that it was picked up on Monday 13th and I could not cancel it to order with a different company (it is an urgent package). Customer service was awfully slow and incompetent in answering my emails (many unanswered ones...) Now I am waiting for delivery and praying it comes this week.
