Back to all reviewsI'm leaving in England and I'm using this service for four years when i need my parents to send me food and items i need from Spain and i can't complain about the costumer service of ECOPARCEL. The "lovely" delivery drivers in England is another thing... A couple of times they helped me to carry the parcel to my flat but the most of them complain about it and left the parcel in the building door leaving to me ( a girl of 51Kg) a parcel of 30kg to carry to the second floor.
