Back to all reviewsUsed them once, no problem. Going on a holiday so shipping month supply of specially prescribed baby formula. So i thought will use them again. Ordered collection again for Wed, no one collected. Reported at 6 pm, took them 22 hrs to reply, technical error they say. in a meantime no one collected on Thursday either. When replied offered collection for Monday. Asked for collection for Friday on Thursday afternoon but will probably get negative answer Friday afternoon. That means 3 days all together cannot leave the house and if there's another technical error will take another 3 days to sort out. Advice: use if you're not working, not in the rush and dont expect prompness in customer service. When asked them if collected on Monday will my parcel be delivered to its destination before certain date this is the answer; But I just replied to you. Did you not receive my message? When in fact she never answered my question.
