Back to all reviewsThe whole experience was awful! I booked a delivery on the 13th of April from Italy to London and I've just found out that the parcel has been sent back to Italy!!! In your website it says it was successfully delivered!!!! In the last few weeks I have exchanged several messages with your customer service staff Melissa and Larry which didn't help me much in tracking down my parcel. This morning I found out by calling dpd customer service that ecoparcel never provided dpd with my phone number or email address(they also sent me an email where saying no infos were provided as prove), so their courier couldn't contact me directly to arrange time/date, and because they didn't have further information from you when the parcel went back at the depot two days ago, today it was sent back to Italy! I can't believe I've spent last two week waiting for having news and now all my things are back to Italy. I needed some of the item in the box with urgency. I want all my money back and a compansation for this unpleasant miscommunication.
