Back to all reviewsMy parcel should have arrived today but I just received an email where is written that the courier didn't find anyone at home. I' m home but nothing arrived. I tried to contact them for help and resend the parcel but no answer. Last time happened the same but the courier left a letter to have the possibility to pick the parcel up directly from the post office. I don't know why this time is written that if in the next delivery none is home the parcel will be send back to the shipper. I really don't understand.
