Back to all reviewsI will tell you my experience with Ecoparcel. I made a request to send a box on April 12, I said they would pick it up on the 14th, but they did not until the 18th. On the day of the pickup, I reported that the box arrived in a maximum of two days. Well, today, April 28 (after 16 days) I still have not got my box. Worst of all is that in the tracking of the package appears for more than a week that the box is in Belgium. He wrote like 5 or 6 messages to the company and no one answers me, and there is no phone to call. A box that I can say is valued at more than 1000 €. I still have no answer and I do not know what else to do ...
