Back to all reviewsAbsolutely horrific company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Mainly because there is no service, there is nobody to contact. I emailed and facebooked the company multiple times and never received a response. In the end I received somebody else's package and not my own. When I say I received somebody else's package, I mean it was left outside my doorstep in south east London. This still hasn't been resolved. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW TERRIBLE THEY ARE.
