Back to all reviewsAWFUL. I have not received my parcel, they delivered to the wrong person. I realised the parcel has been delivered to another person because I got an email to write a review about the service, you can guess what I think of this company ... I was waiting 1 week for my parcel to be collected (they also tried to collect it in the wrong country) and then they deliver it to the wrong person in the wrong country again. Now I have probably lost my package and my money. DO NOT TRUST ECOPARCEL, it's better to pay a little bit more and avoid so many problems.
