Back to all reviewsI shipped 4 parcels from Ireland to Italy. At first I booked the collection for 1st May. They did not pass by as it was a holiday but I could pick the date from the website and I was not warned about it. They come to collect the parcels on 2nd May and everything arrived on 8th May. Apart from the small misunderstanding with collecting the parcels arrived on time and in a good condition. I have also booked a separate shipping but I cancelled it shortly after. I have asked for a refund and after a week I got all the money back to my bank account. I would rate customer service with 5 stars as they always answered in a prompt and efficient manner.
