Back to all reviewsThe overall service is good but the online platform needs improvements: an alert message on the pick-up date before proceeding would have saved me requests to cancel the order and refund. I contacted the Customer Service which is operating fine since I saw my requests executed but did not really receive any message in between which kept me wondering for a couple of days if I had to place another order. The pick-up date changed automatically when proceeding through the order itself which is not something I could imagine as I have experienced this nowhere else on the Net.. Overall I'd recommend this platform to friends as it is price-competitive and with some warnings on how the procedure works, so far seemed to be the best option to send packages.
