Back to all reviewsWithin a week I sent a parcel from Hungary to Portugal and also, received an other sent from Portugal to Budapest. The pick up and deliver process was a bit troubled in both cases, only the second attempt was successful - however there were people at home waiting for the service on the first day as well. Finally, both packages were delivered fine within 6-7 working days, no harm done. The costumer service is only available online, they were responding to all questions within a day or two.The price is better than other companies and the online tracking system is very useful. Keeping in mind the weakness of the services, I would definitely use it again.
