Back to all reviewsThere was some initial problem with collection but the box was picked up next day. It took longer than I was expected but you have to be patience if you pay less than with the competition. The company uses lots of different subcontractors so at the end of the day it all depends of the quality of service each individual provides. In my case it was GLS. There was no way I could contact customer service. There was no response, but overall the box was delivered in good condition so it’s OK and I can recommend and will probably use Ecoparcel again in the future.
