The operator at the other end, where the suitcase was delivered (Italy), even volunteered to carry the suitcase (20 kg!) up the staircase for the client. That was very much appreciated! I would strongly recommend Ecoparcel for its efficiency and, not least, because it offered the best prices I could find online, including a 5-euro welcome discount! The only "down" side is that they cannot foretell a more precise collection and delivery time.
