Back to all reviewsI received my box on Monday Afternoon, some days later than expected as it spent 2 days in Spain, 5 in Belgium an then 1 in the UK (the final destination was London); the content of the box was mainly food so with this delay some items were not eatable anymore, but the main issue is related with the conditions of the box on its arrival, as it was completely ripped in one of the sides, as a result two food packages were completely destroyed and everything was a mess in at least a quarter of the box (I had to spend one hour cleaning every single product one by one). I have order several times this kind of services from different companies and I have never received such a poor service in any of them.
