Back to all reviewsI am not at all happy with this service, the courier turned up at the specified collection address and didn't ring the bell or call the mobile and just left a card saying he had called. My friend had waited in all day and now I cannot contact anybody at Ecoparcel because they have no contact number or any other way of getting in touch. They haven't even contacted me to inform me. So because of the lack of competence and customer care I would not ever use this company again. My parcel is now left in limbo and I don't know what will happen now!! ......very unhappy!
