Booked a pickup on Tuesday and was told it would be collected Thursday, waited in all day and then got a message saying it had been collected when obviously it hadn't. Contacting Ecoparcel but they take ages to respond. Eventually get a message saying that there was an error and it would be collected Friday. Friday morning I get a message saying "We have noticed that you did not finish your order. If you have any questions or you need any help, please contact us! ". No explanation as to what part of the order was not finished as I had given all the details, paid the fee and received an Order Confirmation. Emailed Ecoparcel and as yet after 9 hours I still have not received a reply and my parcel has not been collected after wasting another day waiting in.
