I shipped my parcel from Barcelona to Berlin and it is more than 2 weeks that I have not heard anything about it. Ecoparcel is not answering and there is no update on their website as well. on the date of picking up the package, the post refuse also to pick up the box as he said it is so heavy! so stupid. 3 days after my package was taken, ecoparcel emailed me that tomorrow they will come to pick up! what does it even mean? they are super slow and there is not a single number to call them. I am sending many emails to them but no answer. Total scam. never never never use them!!!!!
