Back to all reviewsDid not pick up the parcel on the assigned date, very slow (more than 24h) response from customer service and they did not answer my questions at all, merely aknowledging that they received my complaint. Next day (Friday) when I try to cancel my order, many hours later I receive a letter saying they have attempted to cancel my order and that it will go through on Monday. Monday people show up to collect my parcel. 4 days late, after I cancelled the service and now no response again from customer service. Terrible company and service. After 7 days my parcel still has not arrived and customer service is ignoring all my attempts to contact them.
