I used ecoparcel to ship two artworks, one from France one from Belgium, to Estonia, and both arrived in four business days, in perfect condition and with zero complications. Shipping companies always get something wrong, always have delays and always have terrible communication even when contact numbers are available, so I was nervous about there being no contact numbers to reach Ecoparcel. But things were so seamless I never even had any need to follow up with them. Daily updates on the progress of the transport made me feel totally reassured. I will definitely use Ecoparcel again. Thank you!
