Back to all reviewsI used ecoparcel to deliver 4 packages from Netherlands to Portugal. After waiting an entire day at home from 08:00-19:00 for the courier to collect the packages, the courier never came without any notification. I sent to ecoparcel that the courier needs to come the following day strictly by 12:00, because then I had to catch a flight, and otherwise I want a refund. They responded that they instructed the courier to come in the morning. However, once again, the courier never came and there was no notification at all. Because of the unacceptable service of ecoparcel, I had to look for a post company in the last minute which led to me losing my flight... Fortunately, ecoparcel refunded me the whole price I paid for the packages.
