Back to all reviewsAwful experience. I ordered delivery from London for two parcels, one going to Italy and one going to France. I put myself the label on each parcel to avoid confusion, but an additional label has been later put on each parcel by the company: this caused the two parcels to be switched and the one meant to travel to Italy was delivered in France and viceversa. I repeatedly try to get in contact with the company and it was a nightmare. They do not reply or reply extremely slowly and do not help, keep say8ing "how can I help?". It has been very frustrating. Additionally, parcels were delivered in very very bad conditions: they were broken in a few places, opened and bashed. Awful experience.
