Back to all reviewsI have received a package today which was opened and re-packed, which is not something I would expect any serious company to do.Nobody has mentioned that there was a problem with my package and it had to be repacked. Even when it was delivered. I have received and sent many packages with eco-parcel and it was the first time ever that my package was opened!!!! I would expect the goods to arrive even if they are broken as a prove that you did not go through my package or taken any items within it. Note! I got the refund the next day and the customer service was quick to answer my e-mail!
