Back to all reviewsMy parcels were collected the 8th of September and were supposed to arrive in Paris the 12th of September. It is already 10 days delayed and Ecoparcel is saying that they have problems to delivery, even if the address given is correct. My friends who requested this service using another company have received their stuff on time, even if they are living in the same students residence as me and have given the same address I gave to Ecoparcel. Therefore, I strongly advice you to look for other companies if you want to request this service. I still don't have my parcels, that contained objects really useful for my daily life, including my blanket, and now I got sick because buying a new blanket is out of my budget.
