Back to all reviewswould never use this company again. 5 days nobody came to collect the parcel. Scheduled to collect between 8am and 6pm on 22nd, wife took day off waiting on them. Rescheduled on 25th between 8am and 6 pm and cancelled as "courier could not find my address" guys, check the time, you sent me that email 6:45 am on 25th, that means courier was not going to come at all. money was returned to ecoparcel account BUT my next price grew by 5 quid!!!! Had to open PayPal dispute. No replies through facebook messenger. always AWAY mode
